About Married In Bali

A marketplace for planning a wedding in Bali — bringing couples and Bali wedding vendors together in one place.

What Married In Bali is

Married In Bali is an online marketplace and directory for weddings in Bali, Indonesia. Couples use it to discover and compare wedding vendors and send enquiries. Vendors use it to publish a profile, receive enquiries and manage their own listing.

We are not a wedding planning agency and we do not run weddings ourselves. Every wedding is delivered by the vendor a couple chooses and books directly.

For couples

Through a free account, couples can:

  • browse and filter vendors by category and location across Bali
  • shortlist and compare vendors side by side
  • send an enquiry and continue the conversation in one place
  • use planning tools including a checklist, budget, guest list and itinerary

Enquiries go directly to the vendor, who responds to the couple themselves.

For vendors

Wedding businesses operating in Bali can apply to be listed. Listed vendors can:

  • publish and manage their own listing, gallery and pricing guidance
  • receive and respond to enquiries from couples
  • see how their listing performs, including views, shortlists and enquiries
  • subscribe to a paid plan for additional visibility, placement and reporting — see listing your business

Where our information comes from

Being clear about provenance matters, so:

  • Vendor profiles are written and maintained by the vendor once they have claimed their listing. Descriptions, imagery, services and pricing guidance are supplied by the business itself.
  • Unclaimed profiles are listings we have created for known Bali wedding businesses that have not yet joined. They are marked as unclaimed, and the business can claim and correct them at any time.
  • Reviews can only be left by a couple with an account who has enquired with that vendor through Married In Bali, and are moderated before publication.
  • Testimonials shown on a vendor profile are supplied by the vendor and attributed as such.
  • Editorial content on the blog and planning guides is written by Married In Bali.

Placement and paid plans

Some vendors pay for a Featured or Preferred plan, which affects where their listing can appear. Paid placements are shown in dedicated positions rather than mixed invisibly into organic results, and paying does not change a vendor's reviews or remove another vendor from the directory.
